Manage inventory records, material movements, cycle counts, physical audits, and traceability from receiving through shipping. Coordinate with purchasing, receiving, production, shipping, and warehouse teams to ensure material availability and accuracy. Prepare inventory reports, resolve discrepancies, identify risks, reduce material losses, support continuous improvement, and maintain a safe, organized manufacturing environment.

Coordinates daily logistics operations, including shipping documents, delivery confirmations, dispatch schedules, trailer assignments, pickup orders, and loaded trailer monitoring. Communicates with customers, drivers, maintenance workers, yard staff, and internal teams to resolve delivery issues and maintain accurate records. Also performs administrative tasks and supports next-day deliveries in an on-site construction and manufacturing environment.
