Leads the development and implementation of occupational health and safety programs across Ontario operations. Provides technical guidance on injury prevention, incident management, compliance, audits, and corrective actions. Analyzes safety data, prepares performance reports, manages stakeholder relationships, and drives initiatives to reduce workplace injuries and improve regulatory outcomes.

Serves meals and beverages to long-term care residents and guests, assists with meal preparation, dining setup, tray service, catering, dishwashing, and kitchen and dining-area cleanup. The role also supports dietary employee training and follows health, safety, and provincial regulations. Candidates need a Food Handler’s Certificate, Food Service Worker training, customer service skills, physical stamina, and a Vulnerable Sector Check.

The Registered Practical Nurse provides nursing care to residents, coordinates with healthcare teams, and oversees Personal Support Workers while adhering to policies and legal standards.
