Supports the Client Services Team with customer communications, request processing, report and invoice delivery, sample notifications, and turnaround monitoring. Responds to inquiries, updates reports, logs samples in LIMS, prepares bottle orders, organizes shipments, escalates customer issues, and assists with audits and team training. The role requires strong organization, communication, computer, and time-management skills, along with customer service experience and attention to detail.

Partner with managers and employees across the HR lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, investigations, performance management, benefits, accommodations, and return-to-work programs. Advise leaders on policies, discipline, conflict resolution, and terminations while collaborating with Payroll and Operations. Analyze HR trends and support employee experience, engagement, retention, compliance, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
