Partner with managers and employees across the HR lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, investigations, performance management, benefits, accommodations, and return-to-work programs. Advise leaders on policies, discipline, conflict resolution, and terminations while collaborating with Payroll and Operations. Analyze HR trends and support employee experience, engagement, retention, compliance, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
