Own strategy, design, execution, and scaling of Shopify-focused partner and channel growth programs to generate qualified pipeline. Recruit and enable ecosystem partners, build incentives and reporting frameworks, run pilots, analyze performance, iterate on programs, and create repeatable playbooks to scale globally while collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success.

Own technical onboarding for merchants launching on TikTok Shop via AfterShip Channels: configure integrations, sync products/orders/inventory, troubleshoot technical issues, teach merchants to use advanced features, drive go-live and adoption within ~30 days, and partner with product and GTM teams to surface product improvements and growth opportunities.
