Creates high-volume marketing design assets for paid advertising, demand generation campaigns, websites, email, social media, and events. Develops static and simple motion graphics, product UI snippets, campaign identities, and templated wireframes using Figma and the company design system. Builds AI-native production workflows with tools such as Claude Design, Midjourney, Runway, and Figma AI, while owning projects end to end and iterating quickly.

Own the revenue operations backbone for Sales, Customer Success, and Partnerships. Manage forecasting cadences, CRM and sales technology administration, pipeline and attribution analysis, quota and territory support, data quality, QBR preparation, and variable compensation support. Drive cross-functional tooling, process, and integration initiatives to completion while partnering with Finance, Legal, Deal Desk, and GTM leadership.

Own strategic enterprise SaaS accounts, driving retention, renewals, commercial negotiations, expansion, and customer outcomes. Build executive relationships, lead QBRs and onboarding, identify churn risks, influence product roadmaps, and collaborate cross-functionally. Mentor other CSMs while managing complex stakeholders across global time zones. Travel up to 20% for client meetings, executive sessions, and trade events.
