Own accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash management, and financial modeling as AeroVect’s first finance hire. Manage US GAAP reporting, multi-entity consolidation, foreign currency, intercompany transactions, revenue recognition, AP/AR, controls, tax coordination, and audit preparation. Improve finance systems, support ERP implementation, fundraising, financing evaluations, and diligence. Partner with department leaders to assess deployment economics, pricing, hiring, spending, and business scenarios.

Develop and maintain behavior-planning systems for autonomous vehicles operating in structured, low-speed airport environments. Responsibilities include designing planning algorithms, implementing scalable C++ and Python software, modeling multi-agent interactions, testing in simulation and real-world scenarios, optimizing performance and latency, documenting system designs, and collaborating with autonomy and engineering teams.

Source and recruit technical hardware talent for a rapidly scaling autonomy startup. Partner with founders and engineering leaders to understand hiring needs, develop sourcing strategies, build strong candidate pipelines, use creative outreach and networking methods, and deliver a high-quality candidate experience. The role requires recruiting expertise in hardware, with robotics or autonomy experience considered a bonus, plus familiarity with applicant tracking systems and fast-growing startups.
