Own AeroVect’s content marketing by identifying internal stories, writing LinkedIn and website content, developing technical explainers and customer stories, coordinating announcements with founders and PR partners, managing editorial calendars and creative assets, and using audience engagement and website metrics to improve results.

Own day-to-day finance operations across US and Canadian entities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, collections, reconciliations, budget-versus-actual tracking, cash forecasting, board and investor reporting, tax administration, expense workflows, and month-end close coordination. The role also automates finance processes using AI tools and scripting while partnering with founders, budget owners, and external accountants.

Build and maintain robotics data pipelines, curate and version large-scale sensor datasets, configure ML training workflows, optimize cloud costs, and develop tools for perception engineers. Responsibilities include dataset management, experiment reproducibility, automated evaluation, and metrics for dataset health, model performance, and pipeline reliability.

Lead sourcing and recruiting of technical hardware talent by partnering with founders and engineering leaders. Build strong pipelines, use creative sourcing (events, networking, marketing), manage ATS, and deliver a high-quality candidate experience to support rapid scaling.
