Partner with department leaders to assess deployment economics, pricing, hiring, spending, and business scenarios.

Develop and maintain behavior-planning systems for autonomous vehicles operating in structured, low-speed airport environments. Responsibilities include designing planning algorithms, implementing scalable C++ and Python software, modeling multi-agent interactions, testing in simulation and real-world scenarios, optimizing performance and latency, documenting system designs, and collaborating with autonomy and engineering teams.

Source and recruit technical hardware talent for a rapidly scaling autonomy startup. Partner with founders and engineering leaders to understand hiring needs, develop sourcing strategies, build strong candidate pipelines, use creative outreach and networking methods, and deliver a high-quality candidate experience. The role requires recruiting expertise in hardware, with robotics or autonomy experience considered a bonus, plus familiarity with applicant tracking systems and fast-growing startups.

Own AeroVect’s content marketing by identifying internal stories, writing LinkedIn and website content, developing technical explainers and customer stories, coordinating announcements with founders and PR partners, managing editorial calendars and creative assets, and using audience engagement and website metrics to improve results.

Own day-to-day finance operations across US and Canadian entities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, collections, reconciliations, budget-versus-actual tracking, cash forecasting, board and investor reporting, tax administration, expense workflows, and month-end close coordination. The role also automates finance processes using AI tools and scripting while partnering with founders, budget owners, and external accountants.

Build and maintain robotics data pipelines, curate and version large-scale sensor datasets, configure ML training workflows, optimize cloud costs, and develop tools for perception engineers. Responsibilities include dataset management, experiment reproducibility, automated evaluation, and metrics for dataset health, model performance, and pipeline reliability.
