Manage relationships with enterprise merchants, provide strategic payments guidance, identify expansion and cross-selling opportunities, and drive commercial outcomes. The role includes stakeholder alignment, business reviews, technical discussions, project coordination, customer advocacy, and cross-functional collaboration across global teams. The position is hybrid in Toronto and requires some domestic and international travel.

Own end-to-end payment platform implementation projects from solution design through launch. Design scalable API integrations, guide merchants through architecture, testing, and production readiness, and partner with Sales during pre-sales. Coordinate Product, Engineering, Sales, and Project Management while translating merchant needs into product improvements. Share technical best practices, resolve implementation challenges, and serve as the primary technical advisor for enterprise and high-growth businesses.

Lead complex, multi-region payment integration projects for enterprise merchants. Design scalable, highly available architectures, establish technical standards, advise stakeholders during pre-sales and delivery, improve reliability and security practices, influence product evolution, mentor implementation engineers, and manage critical escalations for high-volume payment systems.
