Executes traditional and digital marketing campaigns, promotional programs, flyers, and category marketing calendars. Analyzes performance data, competition, and trends to optimize results; collaborates with suppliers and cross-functional teams; supports website enhancements, product data updates, PIM initiatives, promotional issue resolution, and special projects. Requires 3+ years of marketing or category management experience in retail, distribution, or a high-transaction environment.

Supports execution of Exclusive Brands sales and business development plans across North America. Partners with account managers and sales leaders to identify opportunities, grow customer accounts, increase brand sales share, coach branch teams, and lead sales events. Prepares KPI performance reports and builds relationships with national accounts, integrators, and customers. Requires extensive field sales experience, strong presentation skills, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel 50% of the time.
