As a Sales Development Representative, you will engage with potential clients, deliver informative consultations, and develop innovative prospecting strategies for Ada's AI solutions.

Own Ada’s partner co-sell motion by sourcing and accelerating partner-influenced deals, building joint go-to-market plans, expanding AWS and Microsoft marketplace revenue, and increasing partner-sourced pipeline. The role collaborates with account executives, partners, Deal Desk, and Sales Operations; maintains Salesforce deal data; enables sellers and partners; and identifies new ecosystem investment opportunities.

Manage a portfolio of approximately 60 B2B SaaS customers, owning retention, renewals, account health, forecasting, and expansion opportunities. The role involves conducting customer check-ins and business reviews, demonstrating product value, identifying risks, coordinating with internal teams, and escalating accounts when needed. Success requires strong organization, customer communication, commercial awareness, follow-through, and comfort managing a high-volume book of business.
