Designs and trains computer vision models for vehicle damage detection, builds high-throughput containerized model-serving microservices, and manages the end-to-end ML lifecycle. The role includes developing Kafka-based streaming data pipelines, optimizing models for real-time inference, maintaining annotation and evaluation frameworks, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver scalable production solutions.

Build and maintain dbt analytics models, data quality tests, SQL transformations, semantic-layer metrics, and Omni BI dashboards for the Assurance business. Partner with stakeholders on arbitration risk, forecasting, product insights, and dealer-facing reporting. Independently scope and deliver analytical projects, respond to urgent questions, create self-service analytics capabilities, and communicate recommendations clearly to nontechnical audiences.

Leads product vision, strategy, roadmap, and delivery for ACV MAX, an automotive dealer inventory intelligence platform. Manages and develops product managers, partners cross-functionally with engineering, design, analytics, marketing, and executives, and drives AI-powered product development. Responsibilities include customer discovery, competitive analysis, build-buy-partner decisions, product launches, demos, RFPs, executive engagement, and product positioning. The role requires deep automotive dealer software expertise, technical fluency, strong communication, and hands-on product leadership.
