Manages employee benefits operations, including team leadership, workforce planning, budgeting, KPI monitoring, risk management, client retention, process improvement, and technology enablement. Implements operational strategies, improves workflows, ensures regulatory and policy compliance, supports business growth, and partners cross-functionally to enhance service quality, efficiency, profitability, and client and colleague experiences.

Drive new business and revenue growth for commercial insurance through pipeline development, consultative selling, client relationship management, and quota attainment. Use CRM, analytics, predictive insights, and AI tools to prioritize opportunities, manage sales cadences, forecast revenue, and identify upsell opportunities. Develop strategic growth plans, conduct market and competitive research, collaborate with service and marketing teams, and serve as a trusted advisor to clients.

Serve as primary contact for employee benefits clients, develop coverage strategies, manage renewals and enrollments, ensure compliance (ACA, ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA), negotiate with carriers, oversee implementations, mentor junior staff, and use agency tools to deliver strategic benefits advice and client service.
