Leads the enterprise Change Enablement function and transformation change strategy. Establishes change management standards, governance, adoption metrics, communications, and readiness practices. Advises executives and transformation teams, drives stakeholder engagement and value realization, and develops organizational change capability. Builds and manages a high-performing team while overseeing multiple complex initiatives and improving adoption, alignment, and employee engagement across the organization.

Promote Chromebook products in retail stores by engaging customers, building relationships with store personnel, maintaining merchandising standards, identifying sales opportunities, and training retail staff on products, promotions, and messaging.

Own and support channel partner accounts by onboarding, training, and enabling partners to grow Samsung Mobility revenue. Promote products, services, sales tools, incentives, and marketing activities; answer pre-sales technical questions; communicate product roadmap updates; support opportunities and promotions; and drive upsell, cross-sell, and competitive displacement. The role is office-based and collaborates with resellers, distributors, account managers, sales teams, and customers.
