Leads multiple client programs from launch through renewal, owning client relationships, operational delivery, financial performance, staffing, reporting, and program growth. Manages field leadership, budgets, vendors, playbooks, KPIs, and labor strategy while converting pilot and seasonal engagements into ongoing programs. Supports new business proposals, pricing, program design, renewals, expansions, and executive reporting.

Represent HP in Best Buy or Staples stores by demonstrating and selling HP computers and printers, engaging customers, assessing their needs, and recommending products. Maintain clean, functional displays; build relationships with store associates; track competitor pricing, products, and merchandising; maintain product knowledge; and submit accurate daily sales reports. The role follows a stable weekend schedule and includes paid product and sales training.

Partners with clients and internal teams to develop data-driven strategies, measurement approaches, reports, and actionable insights. Collects, cleanses, transforms, models, and analyzes complex datasets using business intelligence and statistical tools. Leads standardized measurement, research, testing, and optimization initiatives, communicates findings through compelling reports, and supports sales and marketing objectives through market analysis and recommendations.
