Leads the enterprise Change Enablement function and transformation change strategy. Establishes change management standards, governance, adoption metrics, communications, and readiness practices. Advises executives and transformation teams on organizational impacts, stakeholder engagement, resistance management, and resource planning. Builds organizational change capability, oversees adoption and value realization, and develops a high-performing team supporting strategic initiatives across the organization.

Manage Samsung Mobility partner accounts by onboarding, training, and enabling channel partners to grow revenue. Promote products, services, incentives, and marketing tools; provide pre-sales technical support; communicate product updates; support promotions; and drive upsell, cross-sell, and competitive displacement opportunities. Ensure reseller marketing activities launch properly and contribute ideas to improve business results.

Promote Chromebook products in retail stores, build relationships with store associates and management, maintain merchandising standards, identify sales opportunities, and train retail staff on products, promotions, and messaging. The role requires strong technology and sales enthusiasm, communication and presentation skills, and creative problem-solving abilities.
