Leads multiple client programs from launch through renewal, serving as the senior day-to-day client contact. Responsibilities include program growth and continuity conversion, client relationship management, field leadership, staffing strategy, vendor coordination, playbook development, budgeting, P&L oversight, KPI reporting, and new business support. The role manages program delivery profitably, identifies expansion opportunities, and develops scalable operating processes for temporary, seasonal, and ongoing engagements.

Represent HP in Best Buy or Staples stores by demonstrating computers and printers, engaging customers, assessing needs, recommending products, driving sales, and building brand awareness. Maintain clean, functional displays, collaborate with store associates, monitor competitor activity, maintain product knowledge, and submit accurate daily sales reports. The role includes paid training and a stable weekend schedule.

Partners with clients and internal teams to analyze complex datasets, develop measurement strategies, conduct research and statistical analyses, and deliver actionable insights. Creates reports, dashboards, and recommendations supporting sales, marketing, optimization, and go-to-market decisions. Leads research and measurement activities, tracks market trends and KPIs, communicates findings clearly, and stays engaged with program operations through meetings and field ride-alongs.
