The role prepares strategic updates, design briefs, presentations, and technical documentation; supports VP scheduling and follow-ups; maintains digital filing systems; and coordinates team activities. It requires strong organization, communication, attention to detail, financial-document familiarity, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
