Own qualified business development opportunities from discovery through proposal, negotiation, and close. Build relationships with founders and senior marketing leaders, diagnose growth challenges, and develop tailored proposals for marketing and agency services. Support prospecting, pipeline management, pricing, and closing strategy while collaborating with leadership and the Growth Development Representative. Use CRM and sales prospecting tools to maintain accurate pipeline visibility and represent the company at networking events. This is a remote role for candidates living in Canada.

Own Acceler8 Labs’ growth marketing strategy, demand generation, content, brand, website, CRM, marketing automation, partnerships, and reporting. Build a measurable marketing engine connecting campaigns and channels to qualified leads, pipeline, and revenue. Manage roadmaps, budgets, testing, stakeholders, external partners, and marketing operations while optimizing performance across paid media, email, content, and sales enablement.

Manage and optimize Google Ads and Performance Max campaigns for ecommerce clients. Own strategy, budgets, bidding, product feeds, and measurement (GA4) to improve ROAS, CPA, and profitability. Collaborate with clients and creative/paid social teams to scale revenue-driven campaigns and stay ahead of platform updates.
