Build and run a global sales enablement function: own onboarding, ramp, ongoing training, certification, demo and GTM readiness, enablement tooling, and cross-functional programs to shorten ramp, increase win rates, and measure impact on conversion and sales-cycle metrics.

Lead and grow strategic alliances with storage, infrastructure, and cloud partners to drive joint go-to-market initiatives, partner-sourced pipeline, partner-influenced revenue, enable partner teams, coordinate joint customer engagements, and track partner performance in collaboration with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Solutions Engineering.
