Build and deploy AI-powered automations across the business. Partner with teams to identify opportunities, redesign processes, connect systems through APIs, and launch scalable workflows using LLMs, agents, and automation platforms. Document solutions, establish responsible AI guardrails, enable adoption, and measure time savings and efficiency gains.

Manage a book of SMB customers to drive retention and expansion using data-driven playbooks. Identify upsell/add-on opportunities, run consultative discovery and demos, hit MRR targets, use Salesforce/Gong/Slack and AI tools to prioritize outreach, capture customer insights for Product/Marketing, and partner cross-functionally to ensure activation and ongoing success.

Drive new MRR by converting inbound restaurant operator interest into customers through consultative demos and disciplined sales process. Hit and exceed quota, manage a clean pipeline, use AI and sales tools to improve productivity, share product and playbook feedback, and collaborate with the SMB sales team.
