The Workforce Management Team Manager leads Customer Operations teams, focusing on workforce forecasting, capacity planning, and communications to enhance operational efficiency and meet performance targets.

Lead and execute IT audits, assess IT risk and compliance (e.g., PCI DSS, PIPEDA), advise business and IT on controls, develop audit plans, report findings to senior management, and help integrate AI into audit practices while managing and mentoring the audit team.

Lead payroll accounting, prepare and review payroll journal entries and reconciliations, produce monthly and quarterly financial statements and audit deliverables, support consolidated and non-consolidated IFRS reporting, analyze variances, coordinate with HR and stakeholders, recommend process improvements, and perform ad hoc accounting projects.
