Lead IAM strategy and team to design, implement, and operate identity lifecycle, privileged access (PAM), SSO, and authentication solutions. Maintain CyberArk, Saviynt, SailPoint, and AD/Entra ID platforms, ensure compliance, manage vendors, support incident response, and collaborate with stakeholders to align IAM with business and regulatory requirements.

Lead the enterprise Business Continuity Program, run BIAs and tabletop exercises, and manage strategic initiative intake, prioritization, KPI tracking, and select innovation/AI project delivery. Collaborate with business leaders, IT PMO, and communications to ensure readiness, align initiatives to strategy, and report performance to senior leadership and the Board.

Lead the enterprise customer experience strategy, governance, and measurement. Drive journey mapping, customer insights, digital/AI-enabled transformation, and cross-functional initiatives to reduce friction and improve satisfaction. Build and coach a high-performing CX team and deliver executive reporting and change management.
