Provide world-class customer support to small and medium business customers via phone, email and live-chat. Resolve account inquiries, process transponder leases, credits and adjustments, consolidate/de-consolidate accounts, implement corrective actions to resolve accounts and promote payments, and liaise with customers as required.

Lead the enterprise Business Continuity Program, run BIAs and tabletop exercises, and manage strategic initiative intake, prioritization, KPI tracking, and select innovation/AI project delivery. Collaborate with business leaders, IT PMO, and communications to ensure readiness, align initiatives to strategy, and report performance to senior leadership and the Board.

Lead IAM strategy and team to design, implement, and operate identity lifecycle, privileged access (PAM), SSO, and authentication solutions. Maintain CyberArk, Saviynt, SailPoint, and AD/Entra ID platforms, ensure compliance, manage vendors, support incident response, and collaborate with stakeholders to align IAM with business and regulatory requirements.
