Analyzes financial and operational data to support decision-making across Customer Operations and Finance. Responsibilities include maintaining IFRS 9 expected credit loss models, writing SQL queries, developing financial and trend analyses, managing data warehouses, creating Power BI dashboards, improving management reporting, supporting audits, and automating processes with scripting or programming. The role collaborates with finance, analytics, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver accurate insights and reporting.

Lead planning, delivery, and oversight of inspection, maintenance, rehabilitation, and construction programs for bridges and other structural assets. Manage budgets, contracts, staff, asset records, and compliance with MTO and industry standards. Provide technical guidance, emergency response coordination, and multi-year capital planning.

Lead customer operations to improve service delivery and customer experience across phone, web, and app channels. Drive continuous improvement, manage KPIs and initiatives, coach direct reports, support change management, and partner with stakeholders to optimize processes and workforce performance.
