Supports 407 ETR’s Privacy Office by administering privacy governance, risk, and compliance activities; conducting privacy impact assessments; maintaining policies and records; supporting FIPPA requests, data access inquiries, complaints, incident response, training, and AI-related privacy work. The role collaborates with business stakeholders and Legal to ensure personal information is handled according to Canadian privacy laws and organizational standards.

Supports and administers Workday, primarily Workday Financials and connected HCM processes. Responsibilities include configuration, business processes, reporting, integrations, security administration, troubleshooting, testing, audits, data integrity reviews, release management, documentation, and end-user support. The role partners with Finance, HR, Payroll, IT, vendors, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into system solutions, maintain controls, resolve issues, and implement enhancements. Payroll processing is excluded.

Provides strategic and operational leadership for highway maintenance, safety, incident response, winter and tolling operations, contractor management, budgets, fleet lifecycle, compliance, and emergency preparedness. Oversees operational reporting, audits, permits, traffic management, vendor contracts, continuous improvement, and stakeholder relationships. Leads major incident response and ensures safe, efficient, and cost-effective operation of Highway 407 ETR while developing high-performing multidisciplinary teams.

Leads complex technology, data, analytics, and business transformation programs across the enterprise portfolio. Oversees governance, prioritization, planning, budgets, risks, resources, vendors, executive reporting, and delivery outcomes. Provides PMO leadership, mentors project managers, coordinates cross-functional teams, and integrates change management, communications, training, business readiness, adoption, and benefits realization activities.

Lead hands-on development and modernization of a mission-critical tolling platform. Design and develop C++ applications, Java Spring Boot microservices, REST APIs, and Oracle database integrations. Establish engineering standards, conduct technical reviews, troubleshoot production issues, and support testing and deployment. Collaborate on DevOps enablement, CI/CD automation, release management, and infrastructure-as-code practices while providing technical leadership for complex enterprise software initiatives.

Lead customer operations to improve service delivery and customer experience across phone, web, and app channels. Drive continuous improvement, manage KPIs and initiatives, coach direct reports, support change management, and partner with stakeholders to optimize processes and workforce performance.

Lead the enterprise customer experience strategy, governance, and measurement. Drive journey mapping, customer insights, digital/AI-enabled transformation, and cross-functional initiatives to reduce friction and improve satisfaction. Build and coach a high-performing CX team and deliver executive reporting and change management.

Lead development and execution of pricing and revenue management strategies, design pricing pilots, analyze customer and external data, collaborate on elasticity and forecasting models, implement pricing system improvements, and coordinate cross-functional initiatives to optimize long-term revenue.

Use customer, digital, and transportation data to build targeting, propensity, pricing, loyalty, and churn models; run experiments (A/B), optimize promotions and pricing, present insights to stakeholders, manage data structures in Databricks/AWS, and lead project work with business partners to drive data-driven decisions.

Lead and execute IT audits, assess IT risk and compliance (e.g., PCI DSS, PIPEDA), advise business and IT on controls, develop audit plans, report findings to senior management, and help integrate AI into audit practices while managing and mentoring the audit team.

Lead payroll accounting, prepare and review payroll journal entries and reconciliations, produce monthly and quarterly financial statements and audit deliverables, support consolidated and non-consolidated IFRS reporting, analyze variances, coordinate with HR and stakeholders, recommend process improvements, and perform ad hoc accounting projects.

Lead planning, delivery, and oversight of inspection, maintenance, rehabilitation, and construction programs for bridges and other structural assets. Manage budgets, contracts, staff, asset records, and compliance with MTO and industry standards. Provide technical guidance, emergency response coordination, and multi-year capital planning.

Lead analysis of customer, digital, and transportation data to build targeting, pricing, and optimization models. Design and run customer analytics (price elasticity, churn, LTV, segmentation), mentor junior data scientists, lead stakeholder projects, and support data storage planning and cross-department representation to drive actionable, data-driven business decisions.
