Manages and grows client communities across social media platforms through daily monitoring, audience engagement, content scheduling, social media content creation, trend analysis, and performance reporting. Coordinates brand voice, supports social strategies and content shoots, contributes to client presentations and reports, and maintains high standards for copy, organization, deadlines, and client communication.

Supports public relations client accounts through media and influencer outreach, pitching, content proofreading, campaign scheduling, budget and expense tracking, media monitoring, event coordination, mailer preparation, research, and administrative work. The role also manages timelines, vendors, client hours, and campaign priorities while contributing to PR strategy and digital influencer programs. Occasional after-hours event support and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds are required.

Manages client accounts and leads integrated marketing and public relations campaigns for fashion, beauty, and lifestyle clients. Responsibilities include client relationship management, strategic guidance, campaign execution, project budgeting and timelines, reporting, new business development, team mentorship, and drafting and reviewing statements of work and contracts. The role requires strong bilingual communication, agency PR experience, project management, leadership, analytical reporting, and polished writing and presentation skills.
