Define and execute a global content strategy to reposition MariaDB, own the editorial calendar, optimize content for SEO and LLM visibility, write and edit high-impact technical content using AI tools, and run publishing processes with internal and external contributors.

Lead customer marketing to drive expansion and retention: build a Customer Advisory Board, design upsell/cross-sell programs and expansion toolkits, run customer communications and advocacy, support analyst and review-site efforts, and partner with Customer Success and Product.
