Provide advanced technical support and escalation management for managed services clients. Mentor junior staff, resolve incidents per SLAs, manage vendor escalations, analyze ticket trends, maintain documentation, participate in on-call rotation, and help enforce escalation policies.

The Strategic Advisor advises clients on IT strategy, aligns technology with business goals, manages client relationships, and oversees IT operations and budgeting.
