Manage and grow the telecommunications infrastructure supporting a large-scale Contact Center, including migration to Genesys Cloud environment, expanding contact center environment, optimizing architectures, and integrating new technologies. Deploy and manage Genesys Cloud platform, manage Webex Calling platform, provide voice design strategy, mentor team members, participate in on-call rotation, and collaborate on telephony projects. Requires a BA or BS degree and 3+ years of experience with Genesys Cloud and related technologies.
