Provide project coordination support for engineering projects: maintain ERP data, assist proposal development, manage contracts, invoices, insurance, and project documentation; prepare reports and meeting notes; track budgets, schedules, scope changes, and help ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while supporting office administrative duties.

Coordinate regional business development activities: execute regional sales plans, enhance client engagement, organize sales trips/events and Lunch & Learns, identify RFPs and project leads, and maintain CRM data and follow-up for Project Managers.

Perform field noise and architectural acoustics measurements and inspections, analyze data using industry software, produce reports, communicate findings to clients, follow QA processes, and collaborate with project managers and the Acoustics team to meet timelines and budgets.
