Responsibilities include developing IT roadmaps, managing client relationships and retention, conducting strategy meetings, planning budgets and risk controls, improving security posture, documenting environments, overseeing invoicing, and coordinating internal processes. The role requires strong technical aptitude, communication, organization, problem-solving, presentation, and project-management skills, plus experience with managed service providers and Microsoft, cloud, virtualization, and infrastructure technologies.

Provide service-desk and managed-services support for multiple clients: triage and resolve tickets, troubleshoot network, datacenter, security and voice technologies, use monitoring and ticketing tools, escalate to vendors/advanced teams, produce reports, participate in on-call rotation, and travel onsite to client offices while supporting hybrid onsite work in Markham.
