As a Product Guide at Arc’teryx, you will deliver a best-in-class brand experience to guests, provide technical product knowledge, support problem-solving, and engage with customers in an authentic manner. You will act as a brand ambassador both in-store and in the community, contribute to elevating the guest experience, and collaborate effectively with the team. Responsibilities include answering store communications, processing guest transactions, and assisting with inventory tasks.
