Manages customer service and automotive order fulfillment activities, including EDI and manual release entry, demand verification, shipping worksheet preparation, transportation and premium freight coordination, delivery performance, inventory queries, chargebacks, returnable containers, and customer communications. Coordinates with carriers, plants, production, quality, and engineering teams while providing after-hours and weekend support.

Support materials and supply chain operations through warehouse rack organization, packaging-ordering process improvements, BOM updates, procedure reviews, and process improvements across shipping, inventory, scheduling, and customer service. Maintain compliance with safety, quality, environmental, CTPAT/PIP, IATF 16949, 5S, and company standards while participating in continuous improvement initiatives.

Prepare shipment picklists, analyze customer requirements and releases, monitor demand changes, coordinate customer freight and premium transportation, manage returnable packaging and containers, resolve customer delivery issues, maintain service records, and support OEM and Tier 1 customer requirements. The role also includes weekend and after-hours rotations, compliance with quality and safety standards, and participation in continuous improvement initiatives.

Manage purchasing and supplier activities: create and maintain POs, track deliveries, support RFQs and cost analysis, negotiate with suppliers, maintain ERP data, monitor inventory, support production and part launches, manage CTPAT program compliance, coordinate audits and document control, and escalate risks to leadership.
