Plans, executes, and monitors finance transformation projects within Global Business Services. Manages project scope, budgets, timelines, requirements, risks, change requests, workshops, and stakeholder communications. Supports project leads in coordinating cross-functional IT and business teams, evaluating performance, and ensuring deliverables meet strategic goals. The role also applies organizational change management principles and may oversee project staff and multiple complex initiatives.

Lead end-to-end automotive exterior programs from launch to steady-state, directing APQP/PDP activities, risk management, cross-functional teams, vendor selection, pre-production builds, and continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with customer and quality, safety, environmental, and security standards.

Serve as North America liaison between Global IT and Exteriors Group divisions. Develop and execute regional IT strategy, drive standards adoption, manage regional IT demand, oversee programs and projects (including MES/ERP), ensure compliance (SOX/security), control budgets and licenses, recruit/develop divisional IT managers, and support business continuity and performance measurement. Requires frequent travel to divisions.

Lead cross-functional automotive programs from development through production. Manage schedules, budgets, contract and customer requirements, APQP activities, engineering changes, cost-reduction initiatives, and stakeholder communication. Coordinate Manufacturing, Quality, and Materials, prepare RFQs/proposals, and use supplier portals and digital program management tools to drive on-time delivery.
