Own end-to-end delivery of complex enterprise SaaS implementations: define scope, timelines, and governance; manage stakeholders, risks, and change control; coordinate cross-functional teams; maintain project artifacts in Salesforce; ensure on-time go-lives, smooth handoffs, and continuous process improvement.

Lead and own the Professional Services PMO: define and maintain implementation methodology, portfolio health reporting, escalation and RCA programs, PS tooling/configuration, and implementation playbooks to ensure consistent, low-risk customer implementations and reduced churn.
