Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for MongoDB’s Partner Platform, including Partner API, self-service onboarding, enterprise controls, billing, discovery, and partner-managed experiences. Translate partner and customer needs into scalable product capabilities, establish operating models and success metrics, and coordinate engineering, security, billing, design, documentation, marketing, and field teams. Represent MongoDB externally while enabling reliable, secure experiences for human and AI-agent developers.

Lead pricing and packaging strategy, build financial and operational models, analyze customer and competitive data, partner with Finance/Product/Engineering/GTM, communicate recommendations to leadership, and drive cross-functional execution to operationalize pricing, SKUs, billing, and product changes.

Lead division-wide strategy and product architecture for MongoDB's distributed query engine. Define multi-year roadmap, own business cases and monetization, engage senior customers, mentor PMs, align cross-functional investments, and represent the product externally.
