Leads a new Contract and Billing Resolution team supporting mid-market and commercial accounts. Builds the team, playbooks, intake and routing processes, case-management systems, service levels, reporting, and root-cause analysis. Escalates complex billing and contract disputes, partners across Customer Success, Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations, and drives improvements to reduce recurring errors and renewal risk.

Supports three Area Vice Presidents by managing complex calendars, multi-leg travel, expenses, staff meetings, executive communications, team events, and strategic administrative projects. The role requires proactive prioritization, discretion, polished communication, and the ability to anticipate and resolve shifting executive needs in a fast-paced Sales organization. This is a remote position based in Canada.
