Provide in-person and remote end-user IT support for macOS/Windows devices, mobile and peripherals; manage device enrollment/asset inventory; support onboarding/offboarding; maintain conference room AV and network troubleshooting; own ticket lifecycle and collaborate with IT Engineering, Security, and Workplace to improve tools and processes.

Execute end-to-end listing workflows and handle exceptions and escalations outside automated processes. QC photos, data, descriptions, and documents; validate AI outputs; manage high-volume cases to deadlines; triage and escalate listing issues across teams; cross-train on workflows; identify process gaps and recommend tooling or workflow improvements.
