Leads merchant acquisition and activation marketing programs through platform and ISV channels. Develops integrated campaigns, channel strategies, messaging, partner assets, and measurement plans; collaborates cross-functionally with Partnerships, Sales, Product Marketing, Brand, Legal, and Revenue Intelligence. Analyzes campaign performance, optimizes investment, manages multiple programs, and creates reusable playbooks to drive acquisition, activation, pipeline, GMV, and revenue.

Own brand and partner campaign strategy from brief through launch and retrospectives. Translate business priorities, consumer insights, and brand strategy into integrated campaign plans, GTM recommendations, investment priorities, and creative briefs. Coordinate cross-functional marketing, creative, social, paid, product, partner, and communications teams. Establish measurement frameworks, monitor brand health and campaign performance, develop reusable standards, and advise leadership on results and improvements.

Write and refine copy for email, push notifications, in-app messaging, and web. Collaborate with product, marketing, design, engineering, and legal teams to develop messaging frameworks, maintain voice and tone, support campaigns, and optimize content through A/B testing and performance analysis. Ensure messaging is clear, scalable, user-centric, and compliant with regulatory standards across Affirm’s digital experiences.
