Supports Legal Counsel and the global Ethics and Legal Compliance team through litigation and e-discovery coordination, records management, enterprise risk management, third-party due diligence, sanctions screening, department administration, reporting, and process improvement. The role manages sensitive information, coordinates stakeholders and vendors, tracks risks and budgets, and develops technology-enabled solutions, including AI tools, to improve compliance operations.
