Support development and execution of a global training strategy for a supply chain transformation. Gather and synthesize regional input, coordinate alignment activities, maintain training calendar, track progress, enable regional teams to operationalize training, tailor content, manage stakeholders across time zones, and collect post-rollout feedback to drive adoption and continuous improvement.

Lead McCain's global talent, leadership, and capability agenda. Define strategy, build skills-based talent pools, scale AI-native learning and workforce analytics, drive succession and leadership development, and partner with senior leaders to embed organizational effectiveness, upskilling, and data-driven talent decisions across a matrixed global organization.

Serve as HR Business Partner for North American Supply Chain, advising senior leaders on workforce planning, talent management, succession, engagement, change management, and employee relations. Collaborate with COEs to implement HR initiatives, drive leadership development programs, monitor HR KPIs, and support plant HR and internal warehouse partnerships to improve organizational effectiveness and retention.
