Manage payroll tax compliance and garnishment administration for US and Canadian jurisdictions. Use Ceridian Dayforce to process payroll, troubleshoot system issues, perform reconciliations, generate payroll reports, support audits, and coordinate with finance, HR, and external advisors.

Support month-end and quarter-end financial close by receiving and verifying invoices, reconciling intercompany and vendor accounts, contributing to group consolidation in HFM, preparing reporting schedules and accruals, assisting budget analytics and divisional year-end reviews, and producing key financial reports for management.

Process full-cycle Canada and US payrolls (weekly/biweekly) for hourly and salaried employees, handle garnishments, remittances, year-end T4/W2, payroll journal entries, reporting, reconciliations, maintain run books, support employee inquiries, and participate in payroll system implementations and testing.

Support IT finance and controlling activities including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, project accounting, and CAPEX tracking.
