Execute regression, smoke, sanity, and operational validation suites; troubleshoot defects; review coverage; and support releases. Provide technical guidance, mentoring, code reviews, stakeholder collaboration, and technology education while applying Java, Selenium, API testing, Spring Boot, databases, CI/CD, and Agile practices.

Manage and develop one or more Scrum engineering teams responsible for building, enhancing, and supporting software applications and services. Lead Agile practices, hiring, coaching, performance management, product delivery, software releases, continuous integration, and automation. Collaborate with product owners, technology leaders, customer service, and operations teams. Help guide Ethoca’s transition to distributed cloud architecture while supporting existing platforms and delivering scalable microservice-based products.

Lead globally distributed SRE/application operations teams supporting Java applications across on-prem and Azure, driving 24/7 support, incident management, observability, security/compliance (PCI-DSS, SOC 2), audits, disaster recovery exercises, documentation, and operational continuous improvement while partnering with stakeholders.
