Define the architecture, technical vision, and roadmap for brake, chassis, and propulsion thermal HIL simulation environments. Lead integration of real-time plant models with embedded controllers, vehicle hardware, sensors, actuators, and automotive networks. Establish requirements, acceptance criteria, safety practices, and verification strategies; resolve complex cross-disciplinary issues; improve HIL bench reliability and usability; and mentor engineers while influencing technical direction across the organization.
