Execute packaging design and deployment projects, conduct pilot plant and factory trials, develop packaging specifications, analyze results and create technical reports, and collaborate cross-functionally to scale packaging from development to manufacturing while ensuring GMP and HACCP compliance.

Support packaging design and commercialization from concept to factory release. Plan and run analytical testing, pilot and plant trials, develop packaging specifications, troubleshoot development and production issues, collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers, and produce technical reports and IP. Ensure packaging quality, evaluate materials and equipment, and consider financial impacts of packaging programs.
