The Manager, Data Management Operations at Magna is responsible for leading the Supplier Management operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness globally. The role involves data management, compliance, reporting, and supporting various projects within the department. The ideal candidate should have at least 7-10 years of related work experience and a comprehensive understanding of Microsoft technologies.

Ensure projects are delivered timely and meet all standards and requirements, communicate with customers, validate projects, analyze studies, drive engineering review process, support press activities, train other departments, develop best practices, lead initiatives for improvement, travel occasionally, prepare engineering change requests, and perform other duties as required.

Responsible for overseeing engineering projects from concept phase to execution, developing automation solutions, conducting research programs, creating product documentation, testing robot path-planning, analyzing automation market segments, and designing R&D projects. Requires a Master's in Mechanical Engineering and at least five years of industrial experience in automation and robotics.

Oversee and coordinate quality assurance on Moulding and Automation Solutions programs, ensuring adherence to quality standards and proactive quality tools. Manage program quality, design quality systems, participate in APQP tasks, and obtain Customer approvals. Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical field and 3-5 years of experience in quality manufacturing required.

Responsible for ensuring a smooth transition of new products from Advanced Product Development to Operations, leading the advanced manufacturing team, and supporting production improvement projects. Manage performance deliverables, implementation of CI suggestions, scrap reduction initiatives, and OEE improvements through the launch of new business or projects. Coordinate, lead, and participate in multi-disciplined teams to address various corporate objectives related to manufacturing processes, productivity, quality, and delivery commitments. Required qualifications include a Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering Degree/Diploma and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

Accountable for continuous improvement opportunities in existing equipment/processes to support Manufacturing Engineering. Responsibilities include root cause analysis, quality improvements, capital projects, feasibility studies, process change notifications, facilitating meetings, and more.
