Manage a portfolio of customers to drive adoption, measurable outcomes, and advocacy for the GitLab DevSecOps platform. Provide deployment guidance, lead workshops and Centers of Excellence, translate usage data into actionable recommendations, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Services to align on success plans and resolve issues.

Provide post-sales technical expertise to help customers adopt GitLab through webinars, hands-on labs, office hours, and on-demand engagements. Partner with CSMs, AEs, and Renewals to deliver architecture guidance, implement use cases (SCM, CI/CD, DevSecOps, Agile Planning), and create reusable enablement content and learning resources.

Own and execute scaled digital customer engagement programs (webinars, workshops, email, on-demand content). Administer Gainsight lifecycle campaigns, manage Marketo email programs, run Zoom webinars, track engagement signals, analyze performance, and collaborate with stakeholders to iterate on program design and operations.

As a Solutions Architect, you'll guide customers in adopting GitLab's DevSecOps platform, lead technical evaluations, and drive digital transformations, focusing on customer relationships and solution selling.
