Title: Zuora Integration & Workflow Developer
Location: Canada(remote)We are seeking a Zuora Integration & Workflow Developer to support initiatives across our Product-Led Growth (PLG) roadmap. The role will focus on designing, developing, and supporting Zuora integrations, workflow automation, subscription lifecycle processes, and data management solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance integrations between Zuora and upstream/downstream enterprise systems.
- Design and implement event-driven solutions using Zuora Callouts, Webhooks, and Workflow Notifications.
- Build, maintain, and optimize Zuora Workflows to automate business processes.
- Integrate workflows with external APIs, SFTP servers, and internal applications.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Zuora Administrators to implement product catalog changes.
- Configure, test, and support subscription lifecycle processes including amendments, renewals, and co-termination scenarios.
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and bulk data operations using Zuora APIs, Data Loader, and Workflow jobs.
- Develop and execute unit and integration test cases for API-driven solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration, workflow, and data-related issues using API logs, callout histories, and audit trails.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer to support and business teams.
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Zuora Billing, Zuora Workflows, and Zuora APIs.
- Strong experience in API integrations, REST/SOAP services, and event-driven architectures.
- Experience working with webhooks, SFTP integrations, and external system connectivity.
- Understanding of subscription billing processes, product catalogs, amendments, and renewals.
- Strong troubleshooting, testing, and data reconciliation skills.
- Excellent documentation and stakeholder communication abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting SaaS subscription business models.
- Familiarity with enterprise integration patterns and automation frameworks.
- Experience working in Agile project environments.
