What you can expect
As an Account Executive for Workvivo, you will independently manage an enterprise sales cycle. This includes outbound lead generation, customer engagement, business case development, and contract negotiation. You will drive the awareness, adoption, and deployment of Workvivo across new prospects, existing Zoom customers, and our reseller network.

About the Team
Workvivo is seeking experienced sales professionals to support our global expansion and enhance customer and employee experiences. In this role, you will deliver exceptional service while collaborating with clients to create outstanding employee experiences. This is a significant opportunity to develop and grow the Canadian market for Workvivo, offering a leadership role that is essential to the company's success.

Responsibilities

  • Achieving revenue targets in a priority region for growth within Workvivo.

  • Building and managing territories while sourcing and closing your own opportunities with support from an SDR team.

  • Developing and executing lead generation strategies alongside the Sales Development and Marketing Teams to maximize market reach and product awareness.

  • Engaging with clients to identify challenges and tailor solutions by collaborating with the Solutions Consulting team to demonstrate the effectiveness of Workvivo’s offerings.

  • Delivering compelling product demonstrations that resonate with prospects, showcasing industry expertise and aligning the solution with customer needs.

  • Owning the entire sales cycle from lead to close, including accurately managing pipeline and forecasts to build a trusted and effective sales process.

What we’re looking for

  • 5-8 years of quota carrying experience in SaaS and HR tech, with a proven track record in enterprise sales.

  • Have experience in building and expanding sales territories, as well as sourcing and closing deals independently.

  • Leverage experience in selling Cloud solutions and conducting product demonstrations with the ability to build relevant, strategic messaging.

  • Direct SaaS/Cloud/Platform selling experience.

  • Have inbound and outbound sales experience with company sizes of 10,000 employees.

  • Have Direct SaaS/ Cloud selling experience SaaS video or web conferencing solutions selling experience.

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure;  there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations.
