We are ready to take this game to the next level and need someone passionate to play a critical role in ensuring a respectful, inclusive, and productive work environment by leading the impartial, timely, and fair resolution of workplace disputes and complaints. This role is responsible for conducting formal and informal investigations, facilitating resolution processes, and ensuring alignment with OLG policies, programs, procedures, and applicable legislation. The Lead provides expert guidance on related policies, offers assessments and recommendations on outcomes and corrective actions, and leads workplace mediation and restoration efforts where appropriate. The role also supports the management of complaints received through OLG’s Integrity Matters (or equivalent) program. In addition, the role is accountable for the development, implementation, and delivery of OLG’s workplace restoration program, ensuring thoughtful and effective approaches to restoring team dynamics, rebuilding trust, and supporting healthy working relationships following workplace conflict or investigations. Reporting to the Sr. Managing Counsel Legal Service Corporate & Litigation, you will be empowered to:
Design and deliver workplace restoration processes that rebuild trust, strengthen relationships, and support psychological safety following conflict or disruption.

Practice cultural humility and design culturally safe, accessible processes that support dignity, trust, and fair participation for Indigenous peoples and other equity‑deserving groups, including AODA considerations.
Conduct legal and non‑legal risk assessments considering urgency, safety, workplace harm, and recommend resolution pathways such as informal resolution, mediation, investigation, or coaching.
Lead informal and formal investigations end to end, including investigation planning, interviews, evidence assessment, credibility analysis, factual findings, and clear written reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Facilitate informal resolution processes such as mediation, coaching, and restorative practices, with trust building and relationship repair as core outcomes.
Provide objective fact‑finding and defensible findings to support legal advice, policy interpretation, and organizational decision making.
Identify trends, systemic issues, and learning opportunities; maintain case tracking and reporting; deliver training; and proactively update processes and policies in line with legal developments and best practices.
