Your mission

You’ll play a key role in ensuring that our St Gallen headquarter runs smoothly, and that our team members have an enjoyable and productive workspace. You’ll welcome our new joiners by conducting office tours and sending starter swag. You’ll also support your colleagues with various administrative tasks and lend a hand wherever needed. 

Your responsibilities

  • Office maintenance: You’ll ensure the coffee machine and snacks are well-stocked, plants are thriving, and the office remains clean and welcoming for everyone.
  • Event support: You’ll assist in the seamless planning and execution of internal events, whether virtual, hybrid, or on-site, creating enjoyable experiences for all.
  • Internal resources: You’ll maintain our internal Frontify Wiki with up-to-date information, and manage inventory for giveaways, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Administrative tasks: You’ll provide essential administrative assistance, from handling kitchen duties to supporting various tasks that enhance the workplace experience.
  • Mail & email management: You’ll manage the flow of incoming mail and ensure the team’s inbox stays organized, responding promptly to inquiries and directing messages efficiently.

Your story

  • You are able to work from our St Gallen office. 
  • You know how to organize yourself, have a keen eye for detail, and can remain calm even if it’s stormy.
  • You feel comfortable handling multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively. 
  • You are proactive and self-motivated with a positive attitude. 
  • You enjoy working autonomously and with others.
  • You have a basic understanding of office equipment and maintenance. 
  • You speak English and German fluently. 
  • You can work between 60-80%.
