Overview of Team, Department, and Role:  

The Workforce Insights team conducts advanced analytics using HR and employee data. They measure, report, analyze, and predict business outcomes to provide actionable insights that drive HR policy and decision-making. As a Workforce Insights Analyst Intern, you can expect to:

  • Assist in conducting key driver analysis by gathering, cleaning, transforming, and analyzing org data to identify factors influencing a critical talent outcome, aligned with strategic HR objectives (HR Big Bets).

  • Perform statistical analyses, such as regression or SEM and build predictive model POC, to quantify relationships and generate actionable insights using R/Python.

  • Create compelling visualizations in Tableau to effectively communicate findings.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate data and results, prioritize impactful drivers, and co-develop recommendations for targeted interventions.

Who You Are (Requirements and Qualifications):  

  • Must be currently enrolled in an accredited university/college, in your penultimate year of your bachelor’s or master’s degree studies (Graduation between December 2025-September 2026)  

  • Available to work full-time for the entire duration of the Summer Internship Program (between  May to September, depending on your school system)   

  • Proficiency in R, Python, Excel, and SQL

  • Proficiency in either Tableau or PowerBI

  • Ability to multi-task and work collaboratively and effectively in a fast-paced environment   

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to tell a story using data

  • Ability to create accurate and punctual reports, deliver presentations, and share information and ideas with others  

  • Analytically driven and detail-oriented, with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Package and aptitude to learn new software
