🎭 Role & Team

As a Workflow Solutions Engineer, you’ll work closely with customers and internal teams to design and guide the implementation of scalable, supportable, and future-ready network solutions that fit well with the gaiia platform. This role requires a deep understanding of telecom network infrastructure and the ability to translate technical network architecture into actionable solution designs. You’ll act as trusted technical voice during implementation phases, working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Customer Solutions, and Engineering.


💻 What You’re Going to Do

Network Discovery and Architecture:

  • Conduct deep discovery sessions to understand customers’ existing network environments, including CPE, access, transport, core, and OSS/BSS layers.
  • Document network topologies, business process flows, and integration points with clarity, highlighting constraints, dependencies, and design assumptions.
  • Help customers and internal stakeholders understand trade-offs and priorities when designing around a mix of new and legacy infrastructure and business operations.

Technical Solutionning:

  • Collaborate with Sales Engineers and Account Executives to support technical discovery and qualification of prospects.
  • Translate customer network requirements into tailored solutions that showcase the value and feasibility of gaiia’s platform.
  • Build and implement workflows leveraging gaiia’s workflow builder.

Implementation Leadership:

  • Provide architecture oversight and clarification during onboarding and implementation phases.
  • Build an efficient and repeatable process for network scoping, deep dive, solution alignment, and implementation.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for internal teams needing context on customer network design and implementation considerations.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to influence roadmap direction based on real-world customer network needs.
  • Drive requirements to a team of highly-skilled software engineers to develop network provisioning automations based on your designs.

🎖️ Must-haves

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Network Engineering), or equivalent practical experience, along with industry certifications
  • Deep knowledge of the telecom industry and network engineering.
  • Ability to understand and code workflows in TypeScript/JavaScript.
  • 5+ years experience as a Network Engineer, Solution Architect, Sales Engineer or similar role within the broader B2B SaaS industry.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a passion for technology and innovation.
  • You have the ability to travel frequently in the US, to actively support our customers during key engagements and go-lives.
