CRM & Retention

  • Assist in developing CRM strategies to improve user retention and lifetime value.

Partnerships

  • Support relationships with bookmakers, media partners, and other stakeholders to maximise commercial opportunities.

Your Skillset:

  • 2–3 years of experience in commercial or marketing roles within sport, entertainment, or digital media.

  • Strong understanding of football and betting markets, with awareness of fan behaviour and digital trends.

  • Proven ability to sell sponsorships and advertising inventory.

  • Skilled communicator with strong relationship-building abilities.

  • Experience in social media, CRM, and content marketing.

  • Comfortable analysing performance data and applying insights to improve results.
