  • Possess an advanced, holistic understanding of web development, integrating both front-end and back-end best practices.
  • Extensive experience in multiple programming languages and frameworks, they should be adept at crafting efficient, scalable, and robust code, ensuring seamless web application functionality.
  • Mastery over HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and familiarity with modern frameworks like Angular, React, or Vue.js is vital.
  • Server-side with Node.js, Python, JAVA
  • Database management with SQL or NoSQL databases is expected.
  • Strong capability in architectural decision-making, API integration, web security, and performance optimization.
  • Web accessibility standards such as WCAG
  • A proven track record in leading projects, mentoring junior developers, excellent problem-solving skills, and superior communication abilities for liaising between teams and stakeholders.

Benefits
  • Work hours are Monday - Friday, normal 37.5 hours weeks working onsite up to 5 days a week
  • Location: Onsite in Toronto
  • Type of job: Temporary Contractor
  • Hourly contract rate: TBD depending on experience
  • Date candidate required: Immediate
  • Length of Contract: 12 months with the possibility of extension
