About the Role: We are seeking Web Design UI/UX Interns to contribute to an innovative project in Artificial Intelligence (AI). If you're passionate about AI and web design, join our dynamic team to create and enhance exceptional user interfaces for our platforms. This immersive internship offers hands-on experience, collaboration with senior management, and the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. While demanding, it promises to be a rewarding complement to your academic journey, equipping you with valuable skills and insights.
Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the design and development of our product user interfaces 
• Collaborate with our software and AI teams to create intuitive, user-centric designs Participate in user testing and feedback sessions to refine our designs 
• Assist in the analysis and incorporation of user behaviour data into our UI/UX design Support troubleshooting and resolution of issues during the design and testing phases Contribute to the documentation of design processes and findings.

About You:

• A completed degree in Design and User Experience, Computer Science, Digital Media, or a related field required. Master’s program enrollment or completion is preferred but not mandatory
• Strong design skills with a portfolio showcasing your talent for UI/UX.
• Deep understanding of design principles and a keen eye for aesthetics. 
• Excellent problem-solving abilities. 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills. 
• Passion for innovation and pushing the boundaries in design. 
• Previous experience in web design is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Recruitment Process:

1. Application Submission: Candidates are invited to submit their resumes and cover letters through our career portal.
2. Written Questionnaire: Selected candidates will receive a set of 10 written questions to assess their fit and technical knowledge..
3. Video Questionnaire: Candidates who successfully pass the written assessment will be asked to answer 10 additional questions to be submitted in a video format to further evaluate their skills and cultural fit.  The ability to video record your answers will be required.
4. Evaluation: Our team will review the responses to both questionnaires. Candidates who meet our criteria will be invited to the next stage.
5. Orientation Session: Successful candidates will be invited to participate in an orientation session where they will learn more about Vosyn, our projects, and what to expect during the internship. After this session, you will be given the opportunity to opt-in if you believe that this internship is for you.
